R.K. Roja, the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) of Nagari constituency, on the 11th of June, met Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
Ms. Roja is said to be upset with Mr. Reddy as he did not induct her into his Cabinet.
The meeting began around 4:00 P.M., at Tadepalli camp office, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh (AP.)
On the 11th of June, Ms. Roja started for Amaravati from Hyderabad and reached CM Y.S. Jagan’s residence.
MLA Roja said, she is upset with the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) and will maintain distance from the members of the party. She did not attend the oath taking ceremony of the Cabinet Ministers, which was scheduled on the 8th of June.
Although Roja did not make it to the Cabinet, she may hold the position as the chairperson of the AP Women Commission. Mr. Jagan offered Roja the position, however, she showed no interest.
Jagan and Roja discussed the same and will announce the final decision soon.
