Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh is scheduled to tour Kadapa district.

Mr. Reddy is likely to be on a two days visit to Kadapa to pay tribute to his father and former Chief Minister of A.P., late Y.S.R. Rajasekhara Reddy on his birth anniversary.

Jagan Mohan Reddy would leave from Tadepalli camp office of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) at 3:00 P.M.  He would be leaving for Kadapa in his helicopter from Gannavaram Airport at 3:30 P.M.

Later in the evening from Kadapa Airport, Mr. Jagan would fly to Idupulapaya at 4:55 P.M.

On the 8th of July, the birth anniversary of late Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy, Jagan Mohan Reddy would pay tribute to his father at Idupulapaya. 

Following the small event of tribute to his father, the Chief Minister of A.P., would visit YSR circle and R.K. Valley to launch a new complex.

Jagan Mohan Reddy would also lay the foundation for the construction of a 3 MW solar plant. 

In regard to the visit of Jagan Mohan Reddy, YSRCP officials made all the necessary arrangements.

Mr. Anburajan, the Superintendent of Police (SP) of Kadapa is responsible for the arrangements in Kadapa. He also instructed the concerned authorities to ensure strict security arrangements by inspecting the YSR memorial statue, engineering department classrooms and labs at the Kadapa helipad. 

Places like YSR Ghat and IIIT were also sanitized, following the standard Operational Protocol (SOP) in the wake of the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19.

Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is scheduled to return to Tadepalli, Andhra Pradesh, on the afternoon of the 8th of July.
