An old woman, on the 7th of April, blessed the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) by donating Rs. 500 to the Party and wishing for the TDP’s victory in the upcoming Andhra Pradesh (AP) Assembly and Lok Sabha elections.
During a public rally in Mangalagiri, the woman gave Rs. 500 from her pension to Nara Brahmani, the wife of Nara Lokesh.
Nara Lokesh is the Information Technology Minister of AP and the Member of Parliament (MP) candidate of the TDP from the Mangalagiri constituency.
Brahmani, in order to extend support to her husband, addressed a public rally, where the incident happened.
When asked about the reason to donate money to the TDP, the old woman said, she gave the money from her pension and wishes the comeback of the TDP as the ruling Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Nara Lokesh shared the video of the incident on his Twitter account to convey how the citizens of AP are supporting the TDP.

This small incident boosted the enthusiasm and confidence of the TDP, ahead of the AP Assembly and Lok Sabha elections.
Andhra Pradesh will contest a total of 175 seats and 25 seats in the upcoming Assembly and Lok Sabha elections respectively. The elections in the State are scheduled on the 11th of April.
The major parties contesting the Andhra Pradesh Assembly and Lok Sabha elections are the YSRCP, the JanaSena Party and the TDP.
The results of the Andhra Pradesh Assembly and Lok Sabha elections will be declared on the 23rd of May 2019.
