The High Power Committee organised by the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) conducted it’s second meeting regarding the A.P., capital city issue.
During the second meeting, the High Power Committee discussed the recommendations of the G.N. Rao committee and the Boston committee. The two hours long meeting concluded with discussions and recommendations on several key issues related to the A.P. capital issue.
After the meeting, Ministers Nani Kannababu and Mopidevi Venkataramana addressed the media and blamed Chandrababu Naidu, the President of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) for provoking the people for political gain.
Minister Nani Kannababu said, “The Krishna, Guntur and Prakasam districts should be given special attention and the development should not be concentrated in one place. History tells us how much the development was lost.”
The next meeting of the High Power Committee regarding the capital issue is scheduled on the 13th of January.
