Motkupalli Narasimhulu Joins BJP

Motkupalli Narasimhulu, a former minister of Andhra Pradesh (A.P.,) officially joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP.) 

On the 7th of January, Motkupalli Narasimhulu, a former member of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP,) joined the BJP.

J.P. Nadda, the Working President of the BJP, N. Laxman, the President of the BJP in Telangana, Krishna Reddy, a Union minister and other Party members were present during the event in New Delhi.

Talks of Motkupalli joining the BJP were in the news since he met Amit Shah, the Home Minister of India, in November 2019.  Motkupalli served as a minister when A. P., and Telangana were one state, which was before 2014. He was later expelled from the TDP after his suggestion about the TDP merging with the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS.)
