Nampally Court Summons YS Vijayamma

A Nampally court, on the 31st of January, summoned Y.S. Vijayamma, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s mother.

Ms. Vijayamma was summoned in relation to a case filed during the 2012 elections, when Andhra Pradesh and Telangana were one State.

Konda Surekha, a member of the Indian National Congress (INC) and the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) of Warangal East, Telangana, filed a case against Vijayamma and Sharmi, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s sister.
