Tammineni Sitaram, the Speaker of the Andhra Pradesh Assembly, announced the legislative committees in the State.
Mr. Sitaram appointed the chairpersons and members of the constituted legislative committees in Andhra Pradesh.
Ambati Rambabu, a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP,) was appointed as the Chairman of the Legislative Ethics Committee.
Kakani Govardhan Reddy, the MLA of the Sarvepalli constituency, was appointed Chairman of the Legislative Rights Committee.
Tammineni also appointed Kona Raghupathi of the YSRCP as the Chairman of the Petition Committee and Kottu Satyanarayana as the Chairman of the Government Guarantees Committee. Anam Ramanarayana Reddy, the MLA of Venkatagiri, was appointed Chairman of the Legislature Rules Committee.
Besides, Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy was appointed as a member of the Legislative Petitions Committee. Varaprasad Rao Velagapalli was appointed as a member of the Legislature Privilege Committee.
