On the 19th of June, Telangana witnessed a spike in the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19 cases.
In the last 24 hours, the State reported a total of 352 Covid-19 positive cases and three fatalities.
Out of the total 352 cases, 302 cases were reported in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC.)
With this update, Telangana reported a total of 6,027 positive cases. Of the total, 2,531 are active cases, 3,301 cases are discharged/cured and 195 deceased.
However, the Telangana Health department did not reveal the number of tests conducted in the State in the last 24 hours.
On the 16th of June, the State Government said, they conducted 1,000 tests for COVID-19.
The Telangana Government is taking all the precautionary measures to control the spread of the Novel Coronavirus.
