Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (AP,) is soon going to launch a new welfare scheme for the citizens of Andhra Pradesh (AP.)
The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP,) on the 22nd of October, decided to provide vehicles to unemployed youth across Andhra Pradesh.
The State Government would launch the YSR Adarsham scheme, under which they will distribute vehicles through the Scheduled Castes (SCs,) Scheduled Tribes (STs,) Minorities and Kapu corporations.
Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy directed the YSRCP officials to take care of the purchase of vehicles and ordered them to buy 6,000 vehicles, which would be given to the beneficiaries through bank loans. The YSRCP Government would take care of the approval of bank loans and the other necessary processes for the beneficiaries of the YSR Adarsham scheme.
The YSRCP constituted a committee of 8 members, headed by the Secretary of Social Welfare. The committee will scrutinise the applications received under the scheme and would select the eligible beneficiaries. The committee would also prepare guidelines for the scheme.
However, an official announcement about the launch of the YSR Adarsham scheme is yet to be made.
