Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (AP,) on the 8th of July, will visit Kadapa district, Andhra Pradesh.

According to sources, Mr. Reddy, along with his family, will visit Idupulapaya to pay tribute to late Y.S, Rajashekara Reddy, the former Chief Minister of AP, on his birth anniversary.

S.B. Amzath Basha, the Deputy Chief Minister of AP, said, “The Chief Minister and his family members will offer tributes to former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy at YSR memorial in Idupulapaya on Monday morning, on the occasion of Rajasekhara Reddy’s birth anniversary.”

Mr. Basha also asked the people of Kadapa and Idupulapaya to make his visit a success. Accompanied by S. Raghurami Reddy, the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) of Mydukur, Sudheer Reddy, the MLA of Jammalamadugu and S. Balanagesh, the Return District Officer (RDO,) Basha is supervising the arrangements for Jagan Mohan Reddy’s welcome.

Meanwhile, C.H. Harikiran, the District Collector, along with Y.S. Avinash Reddy, the Member of Parliament (MP) of Idupulapaya and other officials, inspected the helipad at Idupulapaya.

Apart from celebrating the birth anniversary of his father, Jagan Mohan Reddy will also lay the foundation stone for the Banana Research Station. The research station will be affiliated to the Dr. Y.S.R. Horticultural University in Pulivendula, Andhra Pradesh.
