Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (AP,) is on a one day visit to Karapa, Kakinada, AP.
On the 1st of October, Kursala Kannababu, the Agriculture Minister of AP, addressed the media and spoke about the schedule of Mr. Reddy.
Mr. Kannababu said Jagan Mohan Reddy is on a visit to Karapa. He reached Karapa in his private helicopter and inaugurate a pylon, following which, he met the village secretariat employees.
Around 11:00 A.M., Jagan addressed a public meeting organised at a high school ground in the village of Karapa.
The event is organised to pay tribute and celebrate the birth anniversary of Lal Bahadur Shastri and Mahatma Gandhi.
Later, around 11:20 A.M., Muralidhar Reddy, the Collector of Karapa, addressed the public during the event.
Apart from this, Jagan Mohan Reddy addressed a public meeting at 12:10 P.M. The public meeting will continue till 1:25 P.M., following which, Jagan Mohan Reddy will give pensions, ration cards, bank linkage loans and checks to the beneficiaries.
Mr. Reddy will also attend the wedding ceremony of a former Union Minister’s son and will be back to Tadepalli on the night of the 2nd of October.
