Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy led Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) eased the transfer of pensions to the beneficiaries in the Telugu State of Andhra Pradesh.
On the 25th of September, the State Government issued an order in this regard, providing flexibility to the people of Andhra Pradesh, who are eligible for the YSR Pension Kanuka Scheme. Now, a beneficiary could easily transfer his/her pension from one place to another (one account to another) within the Andhra Pradesh bank accounts.
According to the latest decision, it is sufficient for the beneficiaries to apply at the concerned village ward secretariats with those details at the time of shifting their residence from one place to another. Mr. Gopalakrishna Dwivedi, the Chief Secretary of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department issued orders in this regard. “If the pension is granted to ineligible persons, the money will be recovered from the grantees,” said Gopalakrishna.
The issued order would be in effect with immediate effect and would bring transparency in the YSR Pensions Kanuka Scheme.
