On the 22nd of July, Ambati Rambabu, a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) tested positive of the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19.
Mr. Rambabu was diagnosed of the Novel Coronavirus on the 22nd of July.
Ambati Rambabu is currently the MLA of Sattenapalli constituency in Andhra Pradesh.
His test was conducted at the Sattanapalli Government Hospital. The test was conducted twice, once it was negative and second time it was positive.
With this, four YSRCP MLAs, including Deputy Chief Minister Amzath Basha, have been positive of the Novel Coronavirus.
Meanwhile, as many as 4,944 persons in Andhra Pradesh have been tested positive for coronavirus on the 22nd of July.
In Andhra Pradesh there are a total of 58,668 and 758 people died of the infection.
