Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (AP,) offered special prayers at Sri Sharada Peetam in Pendurthi, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
He travelled to the Peetam in a private plane on the 4th of June, met Swaroopanand Swami and took his blessings.
This is the first visit of Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy to Visakhapatnam after becoming the Chief Minister of AP.
After offering prayers and taking the blessings of Swaroopanand Swami, Mr. Reddy is expected to discuss the list of the Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) with him.
Mr. Reddy and Swaroopanand Swami will discuss the list of the MLAs who will be a part of his Cabinet.
Mr. Reddy will also decide the portfolios of the MLAs in his Cabinet.
Jagan Mohan Reddy is expected to expand his Government on the 8th of June.
On the 12th of June, the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) will conduct its 1st Assembly session and the elected MLAs will administer the oath of office.
