On the 6th of May, the Central Board of Secondary Examinations (CBSE) finally declared the 10th grade results on its website. Earlier estimated to be declared last week, the results are now up on the official website.

Here is how you can check your results:

  1. Log on to the official websites on cbseresults.nic.in
  2. Look for the tab which says CBSE 10th results 2019
  3. Click on the tab once you find it
  4. Enter your roll number and registration number
  5. Download the results once they appear on the screen
  6. Take a printout and keep them for future reference

According to the official website, a total of 17,61,078  students wrote the 10th grade exams. This year, there was an increase in the number by the addition of one lakh students. While 24 students bagged the second position by scoring 498 marks out of 500, 58 students secured the third place by scoring 497 marks.

13 students came first in the CBSE exams by scoring 499 out of 500 marks! This year, the pass percentage increased by 4.40%, with 91.1% of those attending passing the examinations. While the number is high, it is still comparatively lower than the 93.3% pass percentage recorded for the examinations in the year 2017.
