In Hyderabad, a 22 year old boy working out in gym collapsed to death on Wednesday. The incident took place at his workplace in Madhapur.
The cops said the victim, Varun Kumar went to the gym before his shift started. He complained of chest pain and began to sweat as soon as he started working out. Once he complained of chest pain, the gym trainer offered him first aid instantly which didn’t help the victim to get back to normal.
“The gym instructors asked him to sit for a while, but he suddenly collapsed in a heap and became unconscious. Varun was rushed to the company clinic on the campus. The doctor checked Varun’s blood pressure and found that his pulse was hovering at 40,” Madhapur Sub Inspector, P. Vijay Kumar said.
The victim was rushed to Max Care Hospital and the doctors declared he was brought dead. A news channel reported a case of suspicious death under the Section 174 of Criminal Procedure Code was registered and an autopsy will be carried out. Further, his viscera has been sent for forensic examination.
As per the report, he did not eat properly the previous night but still he went to the gym and worked out. His father said his son had some heart problem in the past.
