The major parties of India, the Indian National Congress (INC) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are in full swing to campaign for the remaining phases of the Lok Sabha elections.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, the President of the BJP have started their campaigns in Rajasthan and Jharkhand respectively.

PM Modi, addressed a public rally at Dholpur in Rajasthan at 10:00 A.M., today following which he reached Sikkar at 12:25 P.M., and last he addressed a rally in Bikaner at 2:45 P.M., in Rajasthan.

Amit Shah addressed people in Jharkhand’s Kodarma district at 12:15 P.M. Later at 2:15 he will reach Khunti, following which he attended a public rally in Ranchi at 4:00 P.M.

The public rallies were a part of the BJP’s campaign strategy across India for the Lok Sabha elections.

On the other hand, the opposition party, the INC was also in energetic mode to organise rallies in India. Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi were the two star campaigners of the INC.

Rahul Gandhi started his day addressing a public rally in Riva, Madhya Pradesh at 11:45 A.M. Later he was scheduled to attend another rally in Bharatpur, Rajasthan at 3:00 P.M.

Priyanka Gandhi addressed a roadshow at 4:00 P.M., in Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh.

Both the competitors, the INC and the BJP, intensified their election campaigns in several states for the Lok Sabha elections.

The Lok Sabha elections started from the 11th of April and will continue till the 19th of May. The major parties contesting the Lok Sabha elections are the INC and the BJP.

The results of the Lok Sabha elections will be announced on the 23rd of May 2019.
