A shocking video of a man thrashing his five year old son and three year old daughter has emerged. The video was taken by the man’s brother in Rajasamand in Rajasthan. The man Chain Singh is 32 years old and was arrested by the police after the video reached the authorities.
During interrogation Chain Singh told the police he was punishing his children for soiling their pants. The one minute video is gruesome with the sibling crying and screaming. The little boy’s hands are seen tied up to a rope from the ceiling as the father hits him with a stick. The three year old girl in seen laying on the floor in the video crying as the man kicks her.
Singh’s brother Vatta Singh was also arrested by the police for shooting the video and not helping the children. The children’s mother and other siblings were also present but did not help out of fear. The neighbours described Singh as a habitual offender and stated that he beats his children regularly.
Police Officer Mangi Lal reported, “A case was registered under relevant sections of the IPC and under sections of Juvenile Justice Act against Singh.”
The Head of the Children Welfare Committee in Rajasthan Bhawna Paliwal saw the video and immediately filed a case. Hours later Chain Singh and his brother were arrested by the police.
