K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, on the 13th of June, will announce the Parliamentary Chief of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS.)
According to sources, the Members of Parliament (MPs) from Telangana will elect the Parliamentary leader at 2:00 P.M., on the 13th of June.
KCR will chair the meeting, which will be attended by the MPs of Telangana. During the meeting, the TRS MPs and KCR will chalk down the strategies which will be implemented during all the Parliamentary meetings.
All the members of the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha will be present during the meeting, scheduled to be held at the Pragathi Bhavan, Telangana.
The Parliamentary meeting will start from the 17th of June. Approximately 9 MPs of Telangana will represent the TRS in the Parliamentary meetings.
The TRS won the Lok Sabha elections with a majority of 9 seats in the Lok Sabha elections, which were held on the 11th of April.
The major parties which contested the Lok Sabha elections were the TRS, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Indian National Congress (INC.)
The first session of the 17th Lok Sabha is scheduled to begin from the 17th of June and will continue till 26th of July.
