After Bappi Lahiri, Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt also tested positive for the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19.
On the 2nd of April, the actress took to her social media handle and said, “Hello all I have tested positive for COVID-19. I have immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine. I am following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctor. Grateful for all your love and support. Please stay safe and take care.”
Recently several Bollywood actors like Ranbir Kapoor, Kartik Aryan and others tested positive for the Novel Coronavirus. Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and singer Bappi Lahiri also contracted the virus recently.
As of now, Alia Bhatt was busy shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming movie Gangubai Kathiawadi.
Besides Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi, Alia Bhatt would be seen in S. S. Rajamouli’s Telugu period action drama titled Roudram Ranam Rudhiram (RRR.) Alia and her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor would be seen together on the silver screen in Ayan Mukerjee’s Brahmastra.
