On the 13th of July, the Andhra Pradesh Health department confirmed 1,935 new cases of the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19.
With the new cases, the total reached to 31,103 cases till date.
Meanwhile, the number of deceased with 37 new cases reached a total of 365 in the past 24 hours.
With these updates, Andhra Pradesh has a total of 14,274 active cases,16,46 recovered/discharged cases and 309 deceased.
Of the total 1,935 cases, 191 were from Guntur, Kurnool (249,) Anantapur (176,) Krishna (111,) East Godavari (313,) Chittoor (168,) Kadapa (84,) West Godavari (137,) Visakhapatnam (84,) Nellore (99,) Prakasam (34,) Srikakulam (204) and Vizianagaram (69.)
The remaining 16 are from different states (13) and foreign countries (3.)
In addition, the mortality rate of COVID-19 in Andhra Pradesh is 1.17% , the average growth rate of the infection is 8% and the recovery rate is 52.93%.
Till the 13th of July, Andhra Pradesh conducted a total of 11,73,096 tests for the Novel Coronavirus.
The total population of the State as per 2019 data is 5,22,21,000.
