Sachin Tendulkar Admitted At Hospital Days After Being COVID-19 Positive

Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has been admitted to hospital in Mumbai after being positive for the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19. Sachin Tendulkar informed being COVID-19 positive on the 27th of March. 

According to the sources, he has been hospitalised for “abundant precaution under medical advice.”

Informing about the same, Sachin Tendulkar, tweeted, “Thank you for your wishes and prayers. As a matter of abundant precaution under medical advice, I have been hospitalised. I hope to be back home in a few days. Take care and stay safe everyone.”

Apart from Tendulkar, S Badrinath, Yusuf Pathan and Irfan Pathan also tested positive for the COVID-19 in the last week. All of them shared the same dressing room for India Legends in the Road Safety World Series played in Raipur with fans.

After the news of his hospitalisation came, Twitteratis and social media users flooded with recovery messages.
