The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (A.P.,) Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, on the 18th of January, Tuesday, wished a speedy recovery to Mr. Nara Chandrababu Naidu.

In a Twitter post, Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy said, “Wishing a speedy recovery and good health for Sri Chandrababu Naidu garu.”

Notably,  Mr. Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the National President of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) tested positive for the Wuhan virus (COVID-19.)

On the 18th of January, Mr. Naidu took to Twitter and posted, “I’ve tested positive for COVID with mild symptoms.  I have quarantined myself at home and taking all the necessary precautions. 

I would request those who came in contact with me to get themselves tested at the earliest.  Please be safe and take care.”

Notably, Mr. Nara Chandrababu Naidu tested positive for the Wuhan virus, a day after his son, Mr. Nara Lokesh contracted the virus.  On the 17th of January, Mr. Nara Lokesh, the General Secretary of the TDP, confirmed to be COVID-19 positive. 

With this, both father and son, Mr. Chandrababu Naidu and Mr. Nara Lokesh are now COVID-19 positive and under quarantine. 

Meanwhile, in the past few days, Andhra Pradesh have been reporting a surge in the Wuhan virus cases, taking the active cases tally to over 4,000.
