Hyderabad will conduct its 32nd annual book fair, the Hyderabad Book Fair, starting from the 15th of December (tomorrow.) The event will be held at NTR Stadium and will continue till the 25th of December.
M. Venkaiah Naidu, the Vice President of India, will inaugurate the fair tomorrow at 5:30 P.M.
The Hyderabad Book Fair is conducted every year since the past 32 years. The first book fair in Hyderabad was organised in the year 1985 at City Central Library, Ashok Nagar.
Juloori Gowrishankar, the Book Fair Society chief, said, apart from competitive exam books, novels, science and technology based books, books related to art and culture and many more kinds of books will also be showcased at the fair.
The Telangana State Government and the Book Fair Society are organising the Hyderabad Book Fair. The Hyderabad Book Fair will have approximately 320 stalls with books by numerous publishers.
