Hyderabad: Tollywood actor Balakrishna‘s 100th film titled “Gautamiputra Satakarni” is always most discussed subject in the industry. Speculation is rife that Bollywood actress Hema Malini will be seen playing an important role in the movie but there was no official confirmation.
But now, the lead actor Balayya confirmed the reports. When asked he said, “Yes, Hema Malini will be playing the role of Gautami Balashri, Satakarni’s mother in the film.” He added that Hema Malini will soon sign the dotted line.
Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, “Gautamiputra Satakarni” stars Balakrishna in a title role as Satakarni. Though, there are many reports stating that actress Nayanthara will be seen playing the role of female lead role as Vasishti. There is no confirmation and an official announcement is awaited soon.
Responding to the question of the role of female lead in the movie, Balayya said, “We are still deliberating over who to cast. An official announcement will be made soon.”
