Kangana Ranaut receives National Award

New Delhi: Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut on Sunday received a National Award for her performance in the blockbuster film “Queen” at the 62nd National Awards ceremony, held in New Delhi. The awards were given by President Pranab Mukherjee.

The actress once again made a fashion statement by wearing a light mauve body-hugging gown, designed by New York-based Indian designer Bibhu Mohapatra. The dark maroon lipstick rounded off her look.

Apart from Kangana, South Indian star Vijay won the best actor award for the Kannada film “Nanu Avanalla Avalu”. Filmmaker Vikas Bahl, director of “Queen”, also bagged the award for Best Hindi Film.
