Actor Manoj Joshi will be seen playing the role of Amit Shah, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President, in PM Narendra Modi.
PM Narendra Modi is one of the most awaited movies of the year and is based on the life of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On the 13th of February, Manoj Joshi’s first look as Modi’s close associate, Amit Shah, was released. Recently, the first look of Vivek Oberoi, who will play the role of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the Modi biopic, was released.
Manoj Joshi expressed his happiness about being a part of such a movie and said, “I am glad that I have got an opportunity to play the role of Mr Amit Shah in the film. When Sandeep Ssingh called me to offer this role, I did not think for a second and said yes. This is going to be one of the most interesting characters for me to play (sic.)”
Sandip Ssingh, the producer of the movie who casted Manoj Joshi, was confident about his acting and said, nobody else can do justice to the role. He said, “He (Manoj Joshi) is a very passionate actor and he is working really hard for his character. It is a great experience working with him and I hope the audience will like his work as well.”
PM Narendra Modi is directed by Omung Kumar. Apart from Vivek Oberoi and Manoj Joshi, actors like Boman Irani, Barkha Bisht, Zarina Wahab and Darshan Kumar are the other star cast of the movie.
The movie is expected to hit the theatres during the Lok Sabha elections, which are scheduled between April and May 2019.
