Karachi: Famous for his film ‘Khiladi 786’, producer Rakesh Upadhyay now aspires to make a movie on the life of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf chairman Imran Khan.
According to a close source, Rakesh recently met Imran at his Bani Gala residence to seek his permission for the biopic and which was encouraged to him.
Previously the producer’s visit was manipulated and misreported as a collaboration with the former cricketer’s wife Reham Khan for the film, but they soon clarified the purpose of his visit Rakesh said, “I’d like to clarify that I am not producing any movie with Reham Khan. Although I do want to work in Pakistani film-industry in near future.”
