Superstar Rajinikanth’s new Tamil film has been announced on the 17th of June.
The new project, titled Jailer also marks Mr. Rajinikanth’s first collaboration with director Mr. Nelson Dilip Kumar.
Furthermore, the makers unveiled the first poster of the film, which features a blood-stained sickle on Instagram and Twitter.
Directed by Mr. Nelson Dilip Kumar, “Jailer” would be produced by Sun Pictures.
Furthermore, the project will also star Kannada actor Shivrajkumar in a key role and would commence its shooting soon.

Some of the netizens also asked whether similar to the previous movie of Mr. Nelson Dilip Kumar, this movie titled Jailer would also be a one-location shoot, inside a prison.
Notably, the previous movie by Mr. Nelson Dilip Kumar named Beast was shot at one location, which was a shopping mall.
