A fan of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, files a petition in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur court against Sushant’s rumoured girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty.
According to the petition Filed by Kundan Kumar, a residence of Patahi, Muzaffarpur, Rhea Chakraborty is alleged of abetting Sushant’s suicide.
The complaint was filed under Section 306 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC.)
Mr. Kamlesh, advocate of Kundan Kumar said, “My client is a huge fan of Rajput and has been deeply distressed by his suicide. He has filed his complaint under IPC Sections 306 (abetment of suicide) and 420 (fraud.)”
The matter would be heard in a magistrate court of Muzaffarpur on the 24th of June.
This is the second petition filed in Bihar, one such petition was filed by an advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha.
Mr. Ojha filed a case against big production houses and directors for one of the major reason behind Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide.
Sudhir Kumar Ojha filed a case against Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Aditya Chopra,Karan Johar, Salman Khan and Ekta Kapoor.
These celebrities owns production houses like Dharma Production, Yash Raj Films, Salman Khan Production and Balaji Films.
The actor’s death triggered several other Bollywood actors at personal level. Actors like Raveena Tandon, Kangana Ranaut, Govinda, Vivek Oberoi and other actors spoke vocally about this privilege club for Bollywood for star kids.
A week after the actor’s demise, Twitter is still flodded with posts against Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt and other biggies of Bollywood.
Hashtags like #boycottKaranJohar #SalmanKhan #Nepotism #JusticeForSushant were trending for nearly a week.
Meanwhile, Mumbai police registered Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case and is investigating the matter in every possible angle.
The police asked the Yash Raj Films to submit all the projects of late Sushant Singh Rajput under their 3 years contract.
On the other hand, Sushant’s father demanded a Central Bureau Investigation (CBI) probe in the case.
Amid all the cases and investigation, audience could soon watch Sushant Singh Rajput’s last movie Dil Bechara” On Disney+Hostar OTT platform.
Makers would soon announce an official date of the release.
