Port Blair: An earthquake with magnitude of 5.4 startled the Andaman and Nicobar Islands on Friday at around 2.30 pm. The epicentre of the quake was located 135 kilometres south-west of capital Port Blair The quake shook the islands after an earthquake of 7.1 magnitude hit Papua New Guinea. However, more details are still awaited.
