K.Chandrashekar Rao (KCR,) the Chief Minister of Telangana is going to conduct a post elections meeting, on the 23rd of May.

The meeting which will be held at the Pragati Bhavan, Telangana, will be attended by senior leaders of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS.)

According to sources during the meeting KCR, the President of the TRS, will address all the candidates for the Parliament (MP)  who contested in the Telangana Lok Sabha Elections.

The meeting is organised to discuss the exit polls predictions, according to which the TRS will secure 13 to 14 seats in Telangana.

The Telangana Lok Sabha elections were held on the 11th of April for a total of 17 Lok Sabha seats.

The major parties contesting the Lok Sabha elections in Telangana are the TRS, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP,) the Indian National Congress (INC) and the All India Majlis e Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM.)

The exit polls survey may not be as expected by the TRS, it did not break the confidence of the Party. The TRS is still confident about its victory in approximately 16 Constituencies.

Though KCR is positive about the Party’s chances, at the meeting, they will discuss about the candidates who may have chances of losing against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP.)

Along with KCR Senior leaders of the TRS  will also decided the next strategy based on the results of the Lok Sabha Elections.

As of now, KCR is focused completely on the third front idea and has already conducted several meetings with other anti BJP parties.

Recently, KCR met M.K. Stalin, the President of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) and Pinarayi Vijayan, the Chief Minister of Kerala.

The strategy meeting, with senior TRS leaders, is scheduled to be held on the 23rd of May, at Pragati Bhavan, Telangana.

The results of the Lok Sabha elections are also scheduled to be announced on the 23rd of May.
