Kerala - PM Modi To Offer Prayers At Guruvayur Temple

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on the 8th of June, visited Guruvayur to offer prayers at Sri Krishna Temple, Thrissur district, Kerala.

P.S. Sreedharan Pillai, the President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of Kerala, on the 7th of June, issued an official statement about the schedule of PM Modi.

The official statement read, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to visit Guruvayur temple tomorrow morning. He will come around 9:30 A.M., to 10:30 A.M., around to visit the temple.”

Mr. Modi landed at Kochi airport on the 8th of June in his private chopper and left for Guruvayur.

Mr. Modi also addressed the BJP workers at a small ground outside Sree Krishna Higher Secondary School, Guruvayur.

Mr. Modi came at a time when Rahul Gandhi, the former President of the Indian National Congress, is on a three day visit to Kerala.

After offering prayers and addressing the BJP workers in Guruvayur, Mr. Modi is scheduled to travel to Maldives.
