Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on the 9th of July, addressed a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Parliamentary meeting.
The meeting, which was held at the Parliamentary Library building, Delhi, was the first meeting of the BJP after the announcement of the Budget of India.
During today’s Parliamentary meeting of the BJP, the Party felicitated Nirmala Sitharaman for presenting the Budget.
On the 5th of July, Nirmala Sitharaman, the Finance Minister of India, presented the Budget of India for the fiscal year 2019-2020. Ms. Sitharaman is the first full time woman Finance Minister of India who presented the Budget of India.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi called the Budget of India as “one of hope,” which will help in the development of India, in terms of economic conditions.
Amit Shah, the Home Minister of India, Rajnath Singh, the Defence Minister of India, Piyush Goyal, the Railway Minister of India, Nirmala Sitharaman and other senior leaders of the BJP were present at the meeting.
