Telangana Election Results 2018 Live Updates:

The Telangana Assembly elections results 2018, announced today. The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) won tremendously with a total of 87 Assembly seats. The grand alliance of the Congress party, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP,) the Telangana Jana Samithi (TJS,) and the Communist party of India (CPI) secured 22 Assembly seats. The other parties contested were the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP,) the All India Majlis e Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) and Independent candidates and won 1 seat, 7 seats and 2 seats respectively.

Telangana conducted its Assembly elections on the 7th of December and results were announced yesterday. Apart from Telangana, Rajasthan, Mizoram, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh also announced the elections results on the same day.
