On the 13th of July, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the class 12th results for the academic year of 2019-2020.
The students who appeared for class 12 results could check their results on the official result website of CBSE, ‘cbseresults.nic.in’.
This year, due to the pandemic crisis, the Novel Coronavirus Or COVID-19, the CBSE prepared its results based on the internal assessment.
The students who are not satisfied with their results could reappear for improvement exams, which are likely to be conducted later this year.
The CBSE would conduct optional improvement exams for the cancelled papers when the situation is conducive.
Students who would sit for the improvement exams would get a revised result after the proposed improvement examination.
To check your results, one needs to visit the official results website: cbseresults.nic.in, click on the result link, enter school code and roll number and submit.
According to the released results, 88.78 % of students passed this year.
In 2019, CBSE had declared class 12 results on the 2nd of May with 83.40 % passed students.
This year 12,03,595 students registered for class 12th examinations, of which 11,92,961 appeared for examinations and 10,59,080 passed.
