The U.S., President Barack Obama ordered the expulsion of 35 Russian diplomats on Thursday. The government suspected them to be spies of Russia. Apart from this, two Russian Intelligence agencies have been imposed sanctions for hacking to U.S., Political groups in the Presidential elections of 2016.
In response to this, the Russian Embassy based in London mocked the move and tweeted a picture of a duck with the word ‘Lame’ plastered on it. The Embassy also said that ‘everyone’ would be happy when Obama’s administration comes to an end, this includes the Americans.

A lame duck is a politician or administration in the final period of office, after the election of a successor. It generally means an unsuccessful person. Be it anyways, the tweet was far from adulatory. The U.S.A., Intelligence agencies believe that Russia was behind the hack of Democratic operations ahead of the November 8 elections. The Intelligence agencies believe that cyber attacks were aimed at aiding Donald Trump in defeating Hillary Clinton.
While these allegations were denied by Donald Trump, the CIA, and other agencies suspect the involvement of Russia in this regard.
