Texas floods:
While India is suffering from record breaking heat wave. United States is being crippled by heavy rains. Houston and areas of Central Texas have been hammered by heavy rains and floods, while left the regions in utter chaos. This incident is now being named as the Dark Texas floods.
Houston was hit with 30 cm of rain late Monday night and into Tuesday morning. Three deaths were reported and according to the police at least 16 people in the state are currently missing, including three in Houston and 13 in Hays County, south of Austin.
