The Telangana Government has launched a learning app called Effective Learning. It can be downloaded only from the Google Play Store. The app features English rhymes, Telugu songs and various learning videos.
It covers a wide range of classes from preschool level to high school. The videos on the app are taken from YouTube Channel called Digital Teacher. Digital teacher is an effective YouTube Channel for a fun learning experience. The videos uploaded on the channel can be viewed for free and has a wide range of appreciation from people across the Country.
