Post the launch of Xiaomi’s budget smartphone Mi 4i, the expectation bar of users have drastically grown above, as Mi 4i itself packed a heavy configuration. Just when everyone were in awe of Xiaomi’s Mi 4i, the specification and availability details of Xiaomi’s much anticipated smartphone-the Xiaomi Mi 5 have surfaced online.
According to the emerging reports, Xiaomi will launch two variants under Mi 5 brand that will be Mi 5 and Mi 5 plus. This is a tradition that all major phone makers have been following like Apple with iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus and Samsung.
As per the sources, Mi 5 will sport a 5.2-inch display QHD (1440×2560 pixels), powered by Snapdragon 810 processor that could pack either 3GB or 4GB of RAM. The phone will also have a powerful 16-megapixel rear camera, and a 3,000mAh battery.
The killer flagship smartphone is expected to be launched in the month of July. However, Xiaomi has not affirmed any of these details and all the leaks still remain a speculation.
