Kozlovsky was quoted saying, “We are very excited about this upcoming visit of Moshe Holtzberg with Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. We are heartened to see him here again in the Nariman House, the very place where his life was miraculously saved by his nanny, Sandra Samuel. Prime Minister Netanyahu will be coming here on January 18 to unveil the memorial project which will be dedicated to remember and commemorate all the victims of 26/11 attack.”

Kozlovsky further added, “We are very excited about this programme. This visit for Moshe is very emotional and sensitive as he lost his parents here. We will need the cooperation of the media and we will provide a press release at the end.” There will a part of the memorial which will be a specially designated area to remember Moshe’s parents.

Moshe was two days from celebrating his second birthday when the attack took place in Mumbai. His nanny Sandra Samuel found Moshe crying near his parents’ bodies and risked her life to safe Moshe from the terrorists. Moshe now lives with his grandparents in Israel. Moshe’s grandfather Rabbi Holtzberg Nachman who is traveling with Moshe to India said, “It is a very special day. Thank God that Moshe could come again. Mumbai is a lot more safe now.”

Rabbi Kozlovsky said, “He is returning to the house where his mother last kissed him, his father last hugged him. It would be a very emotional homecoming for him and we can only care for his well being.”

Moshe is making the visit after PM Modi asked Moshe to visit India after his trip to Israel last year. Moshe is in India with his nanny, grandparents and a psychologist.
