On Saturday, the Pakistan Navy successfully test fired an anti ship missile in the North Arabian Sea from air to sea level.
Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah witnessed the entire missile demonstration.
The anti ship missile was fired from a Sea King helicopter into the sea where it hit its target successfully.
The Navy spokesman reported that Zakaullah said that the successful firing is proof of Pakistan Navy’s preparedness and war capabilities. Reports also said that the Naval Chief monitored and visited the fleet units that were stationed at sea and witnessed the sea exercises.
The test fire comes a few days after Pakistan Prime Minister Abbasi said that it would retaliate against India with just as much nuclear force.
