Dr. Rajat Kumar, the Telangana Chief Electoral Officer (CEO,) directed the officials to organise special camps for the enrollment of the left out eligible voters across the State.

The special drive will be conducted on the 2nd and the 3rd of March for the enrollment of those eligible voters who did not find their names in the voter’s list released on the 22nd of February.

On the 25th of February, Mr. Kumar released a statement, which read, “During the special campaign all the Booth Level Officials will be present at their respective polling stations along with respective forms. All recognized political parties are requested to depute their BLAs to remain present in the camps. New electors who have completed the age of 18 years as on the 15th of January 2019, can submit Form 6 for the inclusion of their names in the Electoral rolls to cast their votes in the ensuing Elections with residential proof/ evidence.”

Mr. Kumar also asked the citizens of Telangana to check whether their names are included in the list of voters. If the list does not contain their name, then they can also fill Form 6 and enroll themselves again to vote.
