Taher Kamal Khundmiri, President, Muslim Minority Reservation Porata Samithi (MMRPS,) filed a complaint against K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR,) on Monday. Taher submitted the complaint to the Saidabad Station House Officer (SHO) and the Commissioner of Police.

Taher Kamal complained against KCR lashing out at a member of the MMRPS at a public rally. KCR’s reaction came after the MMRPS member questioned him about his earlier promise of reserving 12 % quota for Muslims.

Mr. Khundmiri said, KCR verbally attacked the man and his remarks were inappropriate. Mr. Khundmiri also mentioned about a tweet by the Congress, which stated, the KCR led Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) is ‘drunk with power.’

Taher Kamal requested the authorities to take the necessary action against KCR for his behaviour at the public rally.

KCR, who is nominated for the Gajwel constituency for the upcoming Telangana Assembly elections, is conducting campaigns in the poll bound State.

The Telangana Assembly elections for 119 seats are scheduled on the 7th of December and the results for the same will be announced on the 11th of December.
