India won the first Test match against West Indies by an innings and 272 runs today. India hosted the Test match at Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot, Gujarat.
India won the second innings on the third day of the first Test match. India is currently leading the series with 1-0. West Indies completed a score of 196 runs in their second innings against India at a score of 649 runs.
The big victory of the team is the result of pronounced players such as Virat Kohli, Prithvi Shaw, Kuldeep Yadav, etc. The game was amazing to witness as the wrist spinner, Kuldeep Yadav, picked his first five wickets in one inning.
