Congress Plenary: Gandhi And Singh Attack Modi Government

On the third day of the Congress Plenary session former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh accused the Modi Government of mismanaging the Jammu Kashmir situation.

Mr. Singh said the tension began with the alliance of BJP and the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party (PDP.) Indicating the two have a huge ideological gap and said, “they have installed a government where the two wings of the administration are working against each other.”

Even Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the 84th Plenary. Gandhi went on to state if the Congress makes a mistake it accepts it while the BJP refuses to take blame.

Gandhi went on to state, “Modiji thinks he is an avatar of God. Modi is not fighting corruption, he is corruption.” The Congress Chief also reminded the people of the recent corruption cases involving Nirav Modi and Lalit Modi.

Gandhi said, “The name Modi symbolises the collusion between India’s biggest businessmen and the Prime Minister. Modi gives Modi 30,000 crores of your money and in turn, Modi gives Modi money for marketing Modi and fighting elections.”

Inspiring his party workers and leaders Gandhi urged them to unite to ensure victory for the party. He told his men to set their differences aside and fight for the nation.
