The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP,) on the 31st of January, released it manifesto for the forthcoming Delhi Assembly elections.

BJP members and union ministers like Nitin Gadkari, Harsh Vardhan, Manoj Tiwari, Prakash Javadekar, Vijay Goel and others unveiled the BJP manifesto.

Some of the major things included in the manifesto are water supply, electricity, Ayushman Yojana implementation, flour at Rs. 2 per kg, setting up of a new Colony Development Board, air pollution control and others.

Manoj Tiwari, the President of the BJP in Delhi, said, “The BJP, if forms the government, will find a permanent solution for the sealing problem that has caused severe problem to businesses.”  He also said the Party would take care of the people staying in rented residences.

Nitin Gadkari addressed the media and said the BJP consulted approximately 11 lakh people before drafting the manifesto for the Delhi elections.

While the Party released its manifesto, Amit Shah, the Home Minister of India, is all set to address four public rallies organised in Pitampura, Tri Nagar, Ashok Vihar Phase 1 and Kamla Nagar.

Arvind  Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi and a member of the opposition of the BJP, also addressed a public rally and conducted roadshows in Delhi.

Both the parties, the AAP and the BJP, are campaigning to win the Delhi Assembly elections scheduled on the 8th of February.  The results of the elections would be announced on the 11th of February.

The major parties contesting the Delhi Assembly elections are the BJP, the AAP  and the Indian National Congress (INC.)
