Manish Sisodia, the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, on the 23rd of September, admitted to Lok Nayak Jai Prakash (LNJP) Hospital, in Delhi.
Mr. Sisodia recently on the 14th of September, tested positive for the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19.
However, Manish Sisodia was under home isolation and was being treated for the Novel Coronavirus.
Manish Sisodia was rushed to hospital after he complained of fever and breathing difficulties.
Mr. isodia is the second minister in the Delhi government to have tested positive for the viral infection. Earlier, Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain had tested positive for COVID-19.
