Kerala: A 36-year-old IT professional in Kerala allegedly shot to dead his father, cut his body into pieces and dumped them at various locations.
According to the police reports, Sherin Jhon who works for Technopark was arrested when he confessed that he had killed his 68-year-old father last week.
The deceased, Mr John lived in United States for last 30 years and visited his ancestral home near Chengannur when he was murdered, police said. The investigators suspect the property dispute might have led to the crime.
Few parts of John has been sent for the DNA test. Police carried out a search in various places and recovered a portion of a limb, head and some other body parts, believed to be that of John.
