IT and Industries Minister K. T. Rama Rao said there is no doubt that K. Chandrashekhar Rao would continue as Chief Minister after the 2019 elections.
On Tuesday, KTR invited leaders from different political parties to Sircilla town. At the meet with leaders from Congress, TDP and BJP, KTR said, “Leaders should play politics at the time of election, but work together for the development of the people by setting aside their political affiliations.”
The question of KCR remaining Chief Minister of Telangana has been running through many people’s minds. The CM recently announced a Third Front, a third option for voters to pick nationally.
KCR has begun work on the Third Front with support from West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, All India Majlis e Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) President Asaduddin Owaisi and Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan.
The Telangana CM, K. Chandrashekar Rao, also announced recently that he would come up with a national agenda by October. He also clarified that this would be a united front with no particular leader guiding the group. Instead, he specified, this was for the people and only the people would decide the path it took.
